IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Those with dietary requirements must register before 18:00 on Thursday 18 May 2023 with their dietary requirements specified.
- Any registrations after this date will unfortunately unable to be accommodated due to QT Perth (‘venue’) needing this information in advance.
- The venue has advised that their chef will be able to accommodate most dietary requirements.
- Please note, however, that some dishes may contain traces of allergens that could have implications for patrons with food-related allergies, health conditions or intolerances.
- Although the venue will endeavour to accommodate all dietary and allergy needs, both they and the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia Incorporated (‘Society’) cannot be held responsible for any harm suffered from the presence of these traces.
- All attendees release and indemnify the venue and the Society in respect of any claims.
- We expect those that are unable to attend to give their apologies with as much notice as possible to enable us to fill your spot and minimise wastage.
- Those that register to attend and are a ‘no show’ on the day may be required to cover the costs incurred by the Society.
