Breakfast Seminar - 30 August 2017
The Industrial Relations Society invites members and guests to a breakfast seminar hosted by Norton Rose Fulbright.
Topic: Terminating an enterprise agreement: is it worth the effort and how do you do it?
We will look at recent decisions and discuss when terminating an enterprise agreement is a viable option, whether it's more than just about slashing wages, why it's not always employers who want to terminate the agreement, and key points to consider when applying to the FWC to terminate the agreement.
