“Clear as Mud” - A practical guide to interpreting enterprise agreements

Registrations are closed

Interpretation of enterprise agreements is one of the core skills required of most human resources and industrial relations practitioners. The Commission often says that the rules are clear, but applying them in practice can often be ‘as clear as mud’.

The Industrial Relations Society of WA is pleased to invite you to attend an interactive, informative and engaging enterprise agreement interpretation session which will provide members with a practical understanding of how to apply the principles of enterprise agreement interpretation by working through practical examples and recent decisions.

We will also have a panel of industry experts to comment on the interpretations, outline practical tips that they use in practice and also, to answer your queries.
