IRSWA Members are invited to attend a Research Symposium "Health and well-being in the oil and gas industry – lessons from Europe"

Curtin University is hosting researchers from Robert Gordon University in Scotland this month to discuss collaborative opportunities around a number of health/wellbeing topics including remote healthcare in the oil and gas industry.

You are invited to participate in this discussion and to identify the priority areas that the oil and gas and mining industry in Australia has, in relation to health and safety issues and learn from experiences in Europe.

A range of topics will be discussed including: health & safety, personal health & wellbeing, psychological & mental health, healthcare delivery, HRM of remote workforces and future skilling.

The symposium will take place on Wednesday May 27th at Curtin University from 12.00pm until 3.30pm.

A complimentary light lunch will be served from 12pm with a prompt start from 12.30pm.
