IRSWA Seminar - “Well-being: A strategy and a responsibility”
The Industrial Relations Society invites members and guests to attend a morning seminar with a buffet breakfast included. It is hosted by the IRSWA and entitled
“Well-being: A strategy and a responsibility”
The focus of this seminar is to look at the importance of organisations incorporating clear Wellbeing Strategies that lead to greater employee engagement and productivity. Without effective strategies in place organisations are leaving themselves open to increasing employee attrition and burnout, which can ultimately result in, organisations brands suffering.
• Kim Fleming – Director of Flow Coaching
Kim has been a strategic partner with KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Coca Cola Amatil, Vodaphone, RBS, Commonwealth Bank, Aust Post , Arnotts, BHP and the Arab Bank in the area of Organisational Development and Change Management and Executive Coaching.
His passion and expertise is Leadership Coaching where he partners with senior Leaders to build Leadership Capability to enable leaders to build high performing teams and to successfully execute on Strategy.
Kim is an accredited Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Kim is also accredited with CAN Leadership Coaching and been responsible for executing Leadership Coaching within Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank under the tutelage of Anthony Grant.
Learning and Leadership Principal Bankwest
He has been a key member of the Learning Transformation Team at Bankwest helping transform Bankwest into the Agile Ways of Working and helping shift the mindsets and capabilities of over 1000 Bankwest Colleagues and has played a key role in developing the Bankwest Leadership and Learning Strategy.
