Federal enterprise bargaining: Current trends and future issues

The Industrial Relations Society invites members and guests to attend an evening seminar hosted by WALGA and Sparke Helmore.

Enterprise bargaining has become a mine-field for employers trying to navigate the various provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009. This seminar will provide you with insight on:

  • recent statistics on enterprise bargaining—what does the data tell us?;
  • factors leading to the decline in enterprise bargaining;
  • issues employers need to consider when determining if employees are better off overall; and
  • recent cases that are shaping the future of enterprise bargaining.

Speaker: Layla Langridge, Senior Associate, Sparke Helmore
